Jason Carter, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He completed orthopedic training at the Level 1 Trauma Center Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Dr. Carter's practice covers a range of spectrums of orthopedics including both operative and non-operative treatments of musculoskeletal problems. He has great interest and extensive experience in techniques for joint replacement, arthroscopic knee and shoulder procedures as well as adult and pediatric trauma/fracture care. His practice of minimally invasive surgeries includes small incision carpal tunnel release, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic knee surgery, percutaneous fracture fixation and minimally invasive knee replacement surgery.
As a former Lufkin High School quarterback and University of Mississippi football player, Dr. Carter is committed to keeping young athletes in the game. He serves as a member of the Lufkin School District sports medicine staff.

Dan Fuentes, D.O., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who has been practicing since 1998. After spending three years in a solo practice in north Texas, Dr. Fuentes joined the Dedicated Orthopedic Center in 2001.
Dr. Fuentes is a graduate of The University of Texas in Austin, as well as The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. He completed a diverse orthopedic residency at Garden City Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, which allowed him to train with some of the finest orthopedists in the country.
Dr. Fuentes has special interests in degenerative joint disease, shoulder and knee pain, sports medicine and related injuries, as well as trauma/fracture care in both adults and children. Along with his exceptional staff of Jason Lowe, R.N., and Angela Elliot, RT(R), Dr. Fuentes has been very instrumental in bringing technologies in orthopedic care to Lufkin and its surrounding areas to better serve his patients. His philosophy is to treat each and every patient as if they are a member of his own family.

Peter Ross, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon with board certifications in both orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Upon completing a commitment with the U.S. Air Force in 2001 at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska, he went into private practice in Soldotna, Alaska, on the Kenai Peninsula. After 16 wonderful years in Alaska, Dr. Ross relocated to Texas with his family to "thaw out" and be closer to extended family.
Dr. Ross joined the Dedicated Orthopedic Center in 2015 and brings a wealth of experience in arthroscopic treatment of orthopedic sports injuries, degenerative conditions and joint replacement surgery. He believes in personalized treatment based on the nature of the problem and each patient's unique circumstances. Dr. Ross's greatest satisfaction comes from the successful return of an individual to an active lifestyle.

Kristopher B. McCall, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Galveston, Texas. From there, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After completing his residency, he returned to Lufkin to be closer to family and serve the community in which he grew up.
Dr. McCall was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas, graduating from Lufkin High School. He played baseball for the Lufkin Panthers throughout high school and is very proud of his Lufkin roots. He is focused on helping patients return to a more active and healthy lifestyle through rapid recovery programs.

Johnathan Williams, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he graduated summa cum laude. He earned a medical degree from Texas A&M Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Bryan, Texas, where he graduated with honors. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was recognized as the outstanding resident in his class.
Dr. Williams joined the Dedicated Orthopedic Center of East Texas in 2021 after practicing as an active duty orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. Navy, stationed at Naval Hospital Pensacola in Pensacola, Florida. In addition to his duties with the Navy, Dr. Williams served the Pensacola area as an orthopedic trauma surgeon for the Baptist Hospital System in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. Dr. Williams returned to Texas where he can raise his children near family.
