Cody Hartshorn, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in disorders of the joints, with sub-specialty training in arthroscopic and open treatment of complex knee and shoulder injuries. He has a special interest in sports medicine and treats injuries in athletes of all levels, from the weekend warrior to the college athlete. As an orthopedic surgeon, he provides surgical and non-operative treatments for simple and complex musculoskeletal disorders. His services include treatment for joint injuries, tendonitis, fractures, knee pain, hip pain and shoulder pain.

Dr. Hartshorn completed medical training at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Boulder, Colorado. He also completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Colorado. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Texas Medical Association.

Corey Mark, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement and adult reconstructive procedures of the hip and knee. Dr. Mark completed medical training at Queen's University in Canada. He also completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Queen's University. Dr. Mark belongs to the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching.

Monica Lee, FNP, worked as a registered nurse from 1998 to 2011 in various hospital settings, including the spinal cord injury unit, infection control, quality, employee health, occupational health, med/surg and ortho/neuro.

In 2011, she started her FNP career. Previous to Lakeside Physicians, she worked as an FNP instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington and Acclaim Physician Group at a school-based clinic in Ft. Worth.
