    William Charlton, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine and clinical interests in shoulders and sports medicine. He received an undergraduate degree from Penn State University, in State College, Pennsylvania, and a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed an orthopedic residency at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then, he went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in California, where he assisted in medical care for the Lakers and the Dodgers in 2000.

    Dr. Charlton's services include hip and knee replacements, shoulder replacement, shoulder reconstruction, hand and elbow surgery, sports medicine and surgery, fracture care and trauma surgery. He provides platelet-rich plasma injections, an innovative therapy used to heal tendon, ligament, muscle and joint injuries. Dr. Charlton also uses minimally invasive surgical procedures, when possible, for hip, knee, shoulder and elbow arthroscopy, ACL repair and rotator cuff repair.

      James M. Mattucci, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. He received an undergraduate degree from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following medical school, he completed an internship in general surgery at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then, he completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at MCP Hahnemann University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. Dr. Mattucci completed fellowships in sports medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and MCP Hahnemann University Hospital, both located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

      Dr. Mattucci's clinical services include total knee and hip replacement surgery, knee and shoulder surgery (arthroscopy), sports medicine, fracture care, hand surgery, arthritis care, pediatric orthopedics and work injuries. He provides minimally invasive surgical procedures for the treatment of knee, shoulder and elbow injuries, ACL repair and rotator cuff repair. Dr. Mattucci is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, Luzerne County Medical Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Diplomat of American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

        Dante Palumbo, D.O., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He received an undergraduate degree from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and a medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After medical school, Dr. Palumbo completed an internship in orthopedic surgery at Mercy Suburban Hospital in East Norriton, Pennsylvania. Then, he completed an orthopedic residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine affiliated hospitals. Following his residency, he went on to complete a hand surgery fellowship at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery. Dr. Palumbo is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

        Dr. Palumbo's services include hand, wrist and elbow surgery, small joint replacement, arthritis care of the hand and wrist, adolescent orthopedics for elbow, hand and wrist, trauma surgery for elbow, wrist and hand, fracture care/ surgery as well as hand and wrist arthroscopy.

          Michael Raklewicz, M.D., FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases and injuries. He completed both undergraduate and medical training at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Following medical school, he completed an internship at Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed orthopedic research at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, California, before completing an orthopedic residency from the University of Pittsburgh Program and Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Raklewicz is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of both the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Luzerne County Medical Society.

          Dr. Raklewicz's services include the treatment of arthritis, joint disease, bone diseases such as osteomyelitis and osteoporosis, back and neck pain, and leg, knee and foot conditions such as ACL injuries, bunions, neuromas and plantar fasciitis. He performs partial and total knee replacements and hip replacements as well as many minimally invasive surgical procedures, including ankle arthroscopy, knee arthroscopy, ACL repair, total hip implants and total knee implants.
